Cancellation Policy for Flow Checkout

You may cancel your Flow Checkout service or subscription by providing written notice to our support team prior to your next billing cycle or service renewal. Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has begun may not be eligible for a refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy or specific service agreement.

If your access to Flow Checkout is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or breach of contract, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of service.

Following a cancellation or termination, any associated account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download or export any payment records, reports, or integration data you wish to retain before your account is closed.

Flow Checkout reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service offerings at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
